NAPLES, Fla. - In housing, money always flows toward the water.
And that's especially true in Naples, which ranks ninth out of 250 cities in terms of highest median single-family waterfront prices, according to a new national survey by real estate website Zillow.
The price for a waterfront home in Naples is $3.4 million; nationally, it's $370,900.
Naples buyers were willing to pay a 341 percent premium for waterfront.
