Park Shore Naples Florida is one of the most spectacular Naples Florida communities due to the pristine white sandy beaches, private Gulf side boardwalk and the upscale shopping and dining destination called Venetian Village at Park Shore. Some of the best Naples waterfront property is located in Park Shore because of a unique plan which allowed for much of the beachfront high rise product to be encircled by beautiful community parks shared by the buildings it surrounded.


Whether your searching for Park Shore Homes or Park Shore Condos you're sure to love this central location. Park Shore Naples Florida was developed with the SW Florida lifestyle in mind and beach, sun and amenities are all at your finger tips. If you are looking for the newest Park Shore high rise condos, Aria at Park Shore is the newest building completed in 2006. The Regent at Park Shore was built in 2002 and is simply the most luxurious building on the beach. Provence at Park Shore was built in 2000 the lobby and units are still very much in tune with today's decor and is located directly across the street from Venetian Village. Le Jardin at Park Shore was built in 1998 and Le Rivage at Park Shore, one my personal favorites was built in 1996. Le Rivage has already undergone remodeling including all exterior glass replaced to current hurricane code. Enclave at Park Shore was built in 1991. The developers did a remarkable job designing the building and preserving her beauty and is definitely worth the look.
All of the Park Shore beach walk commons as shown above are private parks lining the Park Shore beach. People who really want unobstructed views of the Gulf typically prefer the Park Shore buildings closest to the sand however, many of those buildings are priced at a premium for that reason. There are fabulous views from most buildings and although Park Shore is typically considered more of a metropolitan feel compared to Bay Colony beachfront living (located a little further north from here) it still feels very serene due to the beach walk commons arrangement.
