Some of the best Naples waterfront property is located in Park Shore because of a unique plan which allowed for much of the beachfront high rise product to be encircled by beautiful community parks shared by the buildings it surrounded. Whether your searching for Park Shore Homes or Park Shore Condos you're sure to love this central location. Park Shore Naples Florida was developed with the SW Florida lifestyle in mind and beach, sun and amenities are all at your finger tips. If you are looking for the newest Park Shore high rise condos, Aria at Park Shore is the newest building completed in 2006. There are fabulous views from most buildings and although Park Shore is typically considered more of a metropolitan feel compared to Bay Colony beachfront living (located a little further north from here) it still feels very serene due to the beach walk commons arrangement.
